History of the painting.
The painting "Autumn" was completed by the artist in 2010. The second significant event of 2010 was the sale of Pablo Picasso's 1932 painting "Nude, Green Leaves and Bust" (French: Nu au Plateau de Sculpteur) featuring his lover Marie-Thérèse at a Christie's auction for $106.5 million.

It is not necessary to paint banal yellow and red autumn leaves to express the mood of autumn. Three blue trees in the painting are immersed in the sleep of autumn. The warm tones of the departing summer seem to melt away, giving way to the approaching winter. And when memories of those warm autumn days come back together with the cold winter, the necessary colors and brush appear on the palette, discarding everything unnecessary, and immersing in autumn.
