The painting "Lake" as an unfinished masterpiece of contemporary painting. The subject of the landscape is the Staffelsee lake, in the foothills of the Alps.

Creation of the Painting.
The artist began working on the landscape "Lake" in 2013. In the last snapshots from 2015 in the artist's studio, you can see the landscape taking shape.
Over the years, there is a metamorphosis of simplification in painting and the emergence of a strange energy of the beautiful place. A kind of paradise where any forms and colors are possible. The feeling from the painting is as if the landscape is alive, and events in it are not standing still. A certain energy of movement.
Completion of the Painting.
At the 1:03 minute mark in the video, from the artist's studio, a fragment of the painting from 2015 is visible. The painting did not participate in exhibitions because the artist painted it until 2021, somewhat enjoying the development of the plot and forms in the landscape. The painting was completed at each stage.

The painting is signed on the back - "See" ("Lake" in German) with the date 2013, size 81x97, and the artist's official stamp.
