Author's Meaning.

In the linocut "Sixth House," the author invested the meaning of finding faith, no matter what it meant for the owner and whatever consequences it might entail. According to the author's intention, the linocut "Sixth House" will bring faith and knowledge from above into the owner's home. Some may not grasp its meaning without faith, and knowledge will become a burden. Others will find peace and wisdom through faith. Such was the author's intention. All three prototypes from which the series was printed have been destroyed.

History of Linocuts.

Over 20 years, a small number of "Sixth House" linocuts have been gifted: to worthy individuals, some friends of the author, and some discerning strangers. Fourteen copies remain, each signed with its number on the back in a thin pencil. The "Sixth House" linocuts were printed in 2003 as part of a series with two others: "Thirteenth Christmas" (of which 13 remain) and "Thirteenth Apostle" (15 remain).

Limited Series.

The softness of the linoleum printing form is a drawback of the linocut technique: even with slight pressure from a manual printing press, the linoleum slightly deforms. Therefore, large print runs in linocut are impossible. This drawback determined the limited series of "Sixth House" linocuts. Each linocut is unique because linoleum, unlike solid wood, is soft and pliable, thus making each impression unique. Additionally, each impression was made on handmade paper, with each sheet having an individual structure, color, composition, and thickness. Typography ink.

Auction.

The "Sixth House" linocut number one initiates a series of thirteen auctions where the author's right to choose the winner prevails if the reserve price, which will be hidden, is reached. In each of the thirteen auctions, the reserve price will be different, and the author may choose the winner based on the first achievement of this price or the first bid, not the highest final bid. Each auction will last for 30 days.

Investment Value.

Although the value of the linocut is purely sacred, it is not excluded that it will gain some financial significance. This depends on several reasons.
